Convenient but Room for Improvement
This app is a lifesaver for quick medical advice. I can usually get a virtual consultation within a few hours, which is much faster than waiting for an appointment. The video quality is good, and the doctors I've seen have been professional and helpful. However, the app can be a bit buggy at times, and I've had a few issues with scheduling. It would also be great if they offered more specialty options. Overall, it's a convenient way to get medical care, but there's definitely room for improvement.
